Open PositionsSenior Backend Developer (Java): Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.Senior Backend / DevOps Engineer: Combine backend engineering with DevOps (approx. 50/50) — CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and database optimization.Senior Backend / AI Engineer: Focus on backend development with integration points for AI/ML services (Python experience a plus). What You Bring5+ years of professional backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot.Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related database technologies.Experience designing and scaling RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and collaborative development practices.Fluent German (C1 or higher) – essential for internal communication.Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
