Open rolesSenior Backend Developer (Java) – backend-first focus, 5+ years’ professional experience.Senior Backend/DevOps Engineer – 50% backend, 50% DevOps (CI/CD, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Postgres, MongoDB).Senior Backend/AI Engineer – 50% backend, 50% AI tool integration (Python for AI applications). Candidate requirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in backend development with Java + Spring BootStrong expertise in working with databases (Postgres, MongoDB; beyond basic SQL)Proven track record of REST API developmentExperience in Agile/Scrum teams (stand-ups, retros, code reviews)German language skills at C1 minimum (English alone is not sufficient)Strong commitment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset Compensation & conditionsSalary range: €75,000–80,000 p.a.
