Responsibilities
- Ensure governance, consistency, and compliance of sensitive financial data across the organization, supporting risk transparency and decision‑making at scale.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership for the governance and compliant usage of financial market data within Siemens Healthineers including group‑wide procedures, guidelines, and directives.
- Act as the single point of contact and subject‑matter expert for the provision of market data across the company covering FX, interest rates, yield curves, risk spreads, and other critical financial data.
- Manage stakeholder relations across departments, ensuring transparency of data usage and alignment of business needs with market data strategy.
- Take over the management and advisory for the provision of market data and the technical integration with global market data providers (e.g. Refinitiv, Bloomberg) across the entire infrastructure of Siemens Healthineers.
- Define and coordinate technical requirements for data interfaces, schedules, formats, and automation in collaboration with IT and system owners.
- Be responsible for managing user, license, and access rights for market data providers and related services, ensuring compliance, cost transparency, and contract alignment, including internal chargebacks.
- Ensure audit‑proof documentation for tax and legal purposes (e.g. transfer pricing), maintaining traceability and evidence at any time.
- Contribute to conceptual designs for data derivations, calculation logics, upload routines, and validation processes.
- Manage risk control activities across various domains as required, including risk management processes and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in business administration, banking and finance, economics, or a similar field with a focus on IT/finance.
- Many years of professional experience in the treasury sector within an international corporation, a bank, or a consulting company, especially in market‑oriented areas.
- Very solid understanding of economic markets and market mechanisms.
- Additional experience in audit, legal, and accounting‑related topics is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge in structuring data and using standard market data providers.
- Experience with system landscapes and market data providers, such as treasury management systems, accounting systems, or Bloomberg / Refinitiv.
Attributes and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Strong ability to structure challenges independently, take active ownership, and are a team player.
- Curious and open to digitalization trends and tools (i.e. PowerBI).
