Senior UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) – Peter Park

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences across Web apps, dashboards, kiosks, parking machines, marketing sites, price tags and flow displays.
• Conduct user research through interviews and usability tests to gain deep insights into both end‑customer and B2B client needs.
• Define and refine key business workflows – from onboarding and payments to analytics – turning concepts into functional products.
• Build and maintain a consistent design system in Figma, ensuring quality, speed and brand alignment.
• Collaborate in a Product Trio (Product, Engineering Lead, Design) to prototype rapidly, iterate and deliver.
• Champion accessibility and localisation at scale, ensuring inclusive, readable designs across languages and contexts.
• Leverage AI to accelerate design workflows and create AI‑powered user experiences.
• Measure impact with product analytics and structured testing to optimise usability, conversion and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in Figma & FigJam; experience building scalable design systems.
• Strong visual and interactive sense for complex products (dashboards, kiosks).
• Data‑driven mindset: use tools like Amplitude, GA4 to validate assumptions.
• Expert at rapid research: concise interviews and usability tests.
• Clear communication; able to articulate vision and win stakeholder support.
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).

Work Setup
