Who are we looking for?

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams an unserem Standort in Jena suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Schichtleiter Produktion / stellvertretenden Produktionsleiter (m/w/d).

What will you be doing?

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses
• Überwachung der laufenden Produktion in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktionsleiter
• Optimierung von Qualität, Produktivität und Prozesssicherheit
• Zuweisung von Produktionsaktivitäten
• Planung der Schichtbesetzung, Urlaubsplanung und Überstundenerfassung entsprechend den betrieblichen Anforderungen
• Einhaltung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Vorschriften
• Erfassung und Behebung von Störungen und Mängeln in den Produktionsanlagen und Räumlichkeiten
• Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
• Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagements
• Einhaltung des auditierbaren Standards gemäß unseren aktuellen ISO-Normen und Kundenspezifikationen
• Dokumentation aller Abteilungsbeschwerden (extern und intern)
• Tägliche Bestandsaufnahme von Materialien und Verbrauchsmaterialien

Who are you?

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Mikrotechniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
• Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den oben genannten Tätigkeiten in einem Industrieunternehmen

What competencies will you need?

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Chemikalien und den damit verbundenen Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Chemie
• Sehr gutes Verständnis für Prozesse
• Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten
• Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
• Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
