My client is urgently looking for a hands-on PM to lead their current team of electrical engineers.

Overview of job:

Oversee and manage a team of electrical engineers tasked with designing and implementing the electrical infrastructure, including grid connections, for new wind energy projects across Germany. Evaluate technical, legal, and commercial risks associated with grid connections. Coordinate collaboration between external service providers and internal technical specialists to ensure project success.

Candidate requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of commercial experience at an energy client.
2. Completed degree in a relevant subject.
3. Speak fluent German (C1 level), other foreign languages are an advantage.
4. Work in a solution-oriented, assertive and structured manner.
