Responsibilities

As a Solution Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers understand how Emarsys can drive their digital marketing success. Working closely with our sales and customer success teams, you’ll uncover business challenges, design innovative solutions, and demonstrate the value of our platform. You’ll guide prospects through discovery, proof‑of‑concept, and implementation handover, ensuring every solution meets their goals and delivers measurable outcomes. Your technical expertise and storytelling will help customers see what’s possible with Emarsys.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a presales, solution consulting, or similar SaaS role
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies and customer engagement solutions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and strong attention to detail
• Collaborative approach, comfortable working across sales, product, and services teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Informatics, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as needed
• You’re curious, creative, and driven by helping customers achieve success through innovative technology.
