💡 Please note that for this role, C2-level English proficiency is required. This is a fully on-site position based in Berlin.

What you will do ✨📊
  • Be our first Account Executive for the UK. Build the foundation for future growth
  • Work with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Build strong relationships with B2B clients like solar and heatpump installers (SMBs)
  • Run demos, close deals and be hands on wherever needed
  • Track customer needs, competitors, and market trends to sharpen our approach.


What Makes You a Great Fit ✅💼
  • Strong knowledge of SMB software sales (3+ years experience) in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups
  • Knowledge of UK sales and go-to-market dynamics
  • Passion for innovation in renewable energy
  • Strong closer with a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
