About the Role

The Area Manager will plan, implement and deliver the wholesale strategy, driving profitable and sustainable market share for our customers in Southern Germany.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to partner for customers, creating lasting relationships that drive success
• Grow our wholesale business and expand key partnerships in your region
• Spot opportunities through smart analysis and turn them into results
• Own seasonal budgets and make every decision count
• Boost direct sales by capitalizing on bestsellers
• Lead the conversation in strategy meetings and unlock full potential together with our partners

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Economics or a completed vocational training combined with solid professional experience
• Proven experience in Sales, Retail, or Omni-Channel environments
• Strong market and competitor insights within the fashion industry
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a drive to improve people, processes, and systems
• Advanced proficiency in English and German, enabling effective professional communication and negotiation
• A hands‑on mindset and flexibility in working with evolving tools and software to boost efficiency
