Position Overview:

As a Back-End Developer at Nucs AI, you will play a critical role in building the foundation of our AI-powered medical software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure back-end systems that support our 3D web applications and AI-driven medical tools. Your expertise in cloud-based infrastructure, healthcare data integration, and security best practices will ensure our products meet clinical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• API Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and secure RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and AI systems.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud preferred) to ensure reliability and scalability.

• Database Management: Design and implement efficient database architectures for storing and processing medical images and healthcare data.

• Security & Compliance: Ensure back-end systems comply with healthcare security regulations, including HIPAA.

• Integration: Work on integrating applications with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and other healthcare data systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or similar.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Deep understanding of healthcare data, security practices, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).

• Previous experience with healthcare or MedTech projects is a plus.
