Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and meet KPIs (revenue, gross margin, market share) within your assigned region.
  • Develop new business opportunities and secure orders, including adjacent industries.
  • Prepare and negotiate annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts in close alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Represent us at trade shows and cross-functional meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to execute regional strategy.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
  • Fluent in English and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
  • Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
