Category Manager - Team Lead

The Change Partners are working with a Tier-1 Brand that is looking for a Category Manager - Team Lead across Mobile devices and wearables.

The incumbent will lead one of the largest DTC Categories globally in TV and Mobile (by revenue) to maintain and grow market share.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of TV/Mobile/Ecommerce Category Strategy for DTC (.com).
• Pricing, promotions and revenue management.
• Commercial reporting across online sales and profit.
• Market and competitor insight.
• Partner cross-functionally across: Commercial, Marketing/Digital, Agencies/3rd Parties and senior stakeholders across the business.
• Regular reporting to senior management to protect profit and maintain growth.
• Deliver strategic initiatives through internal and external teams.
• Be the subject matter expert in your product/category area, delivering consistent revenue and market share growth.
• Partner with EU HQ.

Your background:

• At least 5 years of experience within the Category or Product.
• At least 2-4 years of experience within Consumer Electronics, retail, or luxury sector, ideally Mobile, TV or similar.
• Line management experience is essential.
• Experience within DTC and Pureplay/Retail.
• Stakeholder management and reporting to the senior level.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial growth.
• At least B2 Level German
