Position OverviewAs CRO, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding into new verticals and regions, and building a high-performing global sales, marketing and services organization. You will shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, manage strategic accounts, and align sales initiatives with product, marketing, and customer success teams. This is a key leadership role at the forefront of DMIX’s next growth phase.
Key Responsibilities• Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with the company’s ARR and Pay- per-Scan revenue goals.
Team LeadershipBuild, lead, and mentor a global sales team across core markets (Europe, North America, Asia).
Pipeline DevelopmentDrive customer acquisition across textile, fashion, footwear, leather, and automotive sectors. Prioritize expansion into shoes, automotive, and leather industries.
Key Account ManagementCultivate long-term relationships with strategic enterprise customers and partners, ensuring high retention and upsell opportunities.
Partnership & Ecosystem GrowthWork closely with Product Development and marketing to grow third-party integrations and strategic alliances.
Forecasting & MetricsOwn revenue forecasting, sales KPIs, and performance metrics for sales, marketing and services. Report regularly to Advisory Board/Investors.
Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Product Development to ensure a cohesive customer experience and feedback loop. RequirementsProven track record (8+ years) in B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally in vertical SaaS, PLM, AI, or industrial tech environments. Experience with hybrid SaaS + Hardware or HaaS (Hardware-as-a-Service) business models is a strong plus.Success in scaling sales organizations in growth-stage companies.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and selling to manufacturing, fashion, or automotive sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluent in English (German is a plus).
