Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

The Role:
We're looking for a proven Revenue Organization leader to help drive our mission of redefining excellence in construction. You will be responsible for the entire customer journey from marketing through to sales & customer success.

About Us:

• A team of 130, working remotely.
• Business Units in core markets: US, UK, IE, AU & SG and over 2000 projects served globally.
• We are a matrix organisation with an emphasis on lean systems & data-driven decision making.
• Current revenue ~ €10m
• Growing efficiently with profitable business units & further acceleration planned in 2026

Leadership and Compensation:
This is a strategic leadership role, reporting to the CEO, client-facing and presenting occasionally to the board & shareholders. We offer a competitive salary and equity participation.
