Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in New Delhi for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. As a representative of Sainik Springs, you will actively contribute to business growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales processes, contract negotiations, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with market research, sales strategy development, and presentation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Prior experience in industrial manufacturing sales or within related sectors such as automotive or heavy machinery is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing market demands, and take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on‑site in New Delhi and travel for client meetings, as required.
