Customer Service Manager

Established Search is supporting a cardiovascular medical device manufacturer as it continues to strengthen its commercial and customer-facing operations within Germany. We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to support and assist the sales and clinical support teams through effective, organised administrative and commercial execution.

The objective of this role is to deliver best-in-class customer service to existing accounts with a proactive, can-do, problem-solving mindset, while also engaging new and existing customers to support product introduction, cross-selling, and up-selling. The position provides strategic and operational support across market-specific sales, marketing, product management, and market research activities.

Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for existing customers and new leads, maintaining strong relationships and supporting increased product utilisation Proactively support sales activity by filling the sales funnel and coordinating demos for sales and clinical teams Support product introductions through phone and email campaigns Coordinate sales, marketing, and administrative activities in close collaboration with field sales, clinical teams, and international marketing Manage customer correspondence, documentation, and internal processes to ensure efficient commercial execution Support offer, order, invoicing, and delivery-related activities, liaising directly with customers where required Coordinate training events, meetings, symposia, and congress participation within Germany Provide operational continuity for sales activities, including travel coordination and meeting organisation

Requirements 5+ years’ experience in a customer service, sales support, or commercial operations role within medical devices or healthcare Strong understanding of hospital environments and commercial sales processes Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously Highly organised with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
