Customer Success Manager (d/f/m)

About the role

Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain. Our customers — OEMs, EMS providers, and PCB suppliers — use our platform to manage BOMs, sourcing, and component data in one place. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can own a portfolio of these accounts and turn them into long‑term, growing partnerships.

This is a strategic role, not a support queue. You'll need to understand how your customers run their supply chains well enough to show them a better way — and have the commercial instinct to grow the accounts you manage.

Hybrid from our Munich or Berlin office.

What you’ll do

  • Own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end: onboarding, adoption, QBRs, health scoring, and renewal
  • Drive net revenue retention through upsell and cross‑sell within your book of business
  • Monitor customer health and engagement data to catch churn risk early
  • Translate customer feedback into structured insights for our product team
  • Stay close to electronics industry trends and supply chain challenges affecting your accounts
  • Use AI tools and automation to work smarter — we build AI for the electronics industry and practice what we preach

Who you are

  • Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS, with owning retention and expansion targets
  • Comfortable with revenue conversations and pipeline management
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Analytical and data‑driven in how you prioritize your portfolio
  • Self‑directed, curious, and motivated to go deep on complex products and industries
  • Bonus: experience or genuine interest in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware supply chains

Work setup & travel

You can join our team remotely (+/- 2hrs CET) or in our Munich headquarters (full home‑office flexibility). We regularly meet for team retreats and attend selected industry events, which means you'll be traveling occasionally. Travel expenses will, of course, be covered by us.
