Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts in the German market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with our business objectives.

• Manage and optimize our PPC campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Native or near-native fluency in German and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing with a proven track record of success.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and experience managing customer relationships.

• Knowledge of AI tools and willingness to learn new technologies to enhance workflows.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
