About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist , you will support and advise advertisers across Arabic- and English-speaking markets. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to design, optimize, and scale data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals
Advise advertisers on best practices for products and solutions
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs, insights, and data trends
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
Manage relationships with Arabic- and English-speaking clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare performance reports and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Required Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, online advertising, or strategy
EU Nationality or Bulgaria Residence Permit mandatory
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear actions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Knowledge of KPIs, campaign optimization, and A/B testing
Background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Experience working with international or multicultural clients
