Your Tasks
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Recyda, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of our end-to-end Packaging Sustainability platform with leading global enterprises. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—from operational teams to C-suite executives—helping customers unlock the full potential of their sustainability journey.
This is a strategic, high-impact role that offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with major brands and shape the future of sustainability in the packaging industry.
Own and drive the full sales cycle: from pipeline development, business case creation, to deal structuring, negotiation, and closingBuild and execute strategic account plans to grow and expand business within assigned enterprise accountsLeverage benchmarking, ROI analysis, and industry insights to support customer decision-makingUnderstand the customer’s tech stack, business goals, and competitive landscape to position Recyda effectivelyStay ahead of industry trends by tracking news, competitors, and market shiftsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure deal success and long-term customer satisfactionEngage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers to build trust and close high-impact, long-term deals
Skills & Experiences
A completed degree in a relevant or similar field (e.g., Business, Sustainability, Marketing, Environmental Studies)5+ years of experience in closing Enterprise SaaS dealsProven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering growthExperience in selling SaaS to FMCG, Retail, or large enterprises is a strong plusHigh energy and passion for sustainability, with the drive to contribute to impactful changeOwnership mentality—you're self-driven and take full responsibility for your accounts and resultsCustomer-focused with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approachExcellent English communication and presentation skills (C1 professional proficiency) are required. German language skills are preferred, and any additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as neededThrives in a fast-paced startup environment and identifies with our vision to transform packaging sustainability on a global scale
