We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join Talon.One’s Sales team. This is a high-impact role focused on driving new logo acquisition and expansion within our largest enterprise accounts, primarily across the Southern Europe region. You’ll engage with C-level decision-makers, navigate complex deal cycles, and evangelize Talon.One’s powerful promotion engine
This role also requires occasional travel, estimated to be approximately 30% of the time. ABOUT THE TEAM:You will be joining our 6-person Sales team in EMEA, which is an integral part of our 21-person international sales Sales unit. This is a dynamic and collaborative Sales organization, where we focus on building strong partnerships with prospects and customers. Our mission is to drive revenue by delivering measurable value to enterprise clients through highly personalized, technically robust solutions. As part of the Southern Europe Sales team, you’ll report to the Regional Director Central & South Europe and collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to build meaningful client relationships and close complex deals. We are a global team of self-starters who thrive on accountability and mutual success. ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:Own and drive the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects (up to $2B revenue), from initial outreach to closing and beyondEngage with C-level stakeholders to understand business needs, map solutions, and deliver high-impact presentations and demosBuild and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on new business development in the Southern Europe regionIdentify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing customers by understanding evolving needs and product-market fitCollaborate with Sales Engineers to tailor solutions to complex marketing and technical environmentsAccurately forecast and report on pipeline, ensuring predictability in quarterly and annual targetsEvangelize Talon.One through product demonstrations, industry events, and account-specific initiativesMaintain a deep understanding of our platform, industry landscape, and customers’ Martech stacks
