Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Remote, Germany) – OTE €160k

We are partnering with a rapidly growing B2B software company that helps global brands drive their sustainability agenda while optimising key business processes. Their innovative platform combines compliance, data intelligence, and operational efficiency, delivering measurable value for clients across industries.

As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and close high-impact enterprise deals that make a real difference.


Your Role
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and consultative discovery to negotiation, closing, and long-term growth
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to understand complex challenges and shape solutions
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with healthy coverage at every stage
  • Develop compelling ROI and business cases to drive decision-making at executive level
  • Act as the entrepreneur of your region, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product
  • Represent the company at client meetings and selected industry events (travel within Germany and occasionally Europe)

What You Bring
  • Several years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Confidence working with frameworks such as MEDDIC / MEDDPIC
  • Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills to make complex topics clear and compelling
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • A hands-on, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluency in English; German or other European languages are a plus
