Your Mission As a Senior Account Executive in DACH, you’ll be responsible for:End-to-end sales: From prospecting to closing deals with Mid-Market companies (€20M–€200M turnover).New business focus: 70% outbound hunting, 30% inbound via SDR support and strategic partners (e.g., Mollie).C-level engagement: Consultative selling to Retail, FMCG, Insurance, and E-Commerce leaders.Laying the groundwork: Represent the company at events, report directly to C-level, and shape GTM strategies.Leadership path: Potential to evolve into a Sales Leader and build the local sales team. What You Bring2+ years of B2B SaaS sales closing experience.Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).Strong data-driven approach, structured reporting to leadership.Experience with Mid-Market clients in Retail, FMCG, or E-Commerce.Nice-to-haves: Fintech or BNPL sector experience.
