This role is based in Berlin, Germany , and we’re primarily looking for Berlin‑based candidates who can enrich our office culture.
Salary Range: €76,000–100,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets for enterprise data, analytics, and AI offerings.
- Manage strategic sales cycles autonomously, from prospecting, qualification, and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Proactively own deals end‑to‑end; run opportunity management and pipeline discipline using Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Collaborate closely with pre‑sales engineers, delivery consultants, and partners (including tech vendors) to shape solutions and ensure client outcomes.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with accounts: always specifying next steps, responsibilities, and timelines for projects and deliverables.
- Represent InterWorks with confidence and integrity, upholding company values and building long‑term customer advocacy.
- Become a master of our data stack and internal sales systems to maximise workflows and minimise escalations.
What We’d Like You to Have
- 7+ years’ enterprise sales or account management experience in data, analytics, SaaS, or AI solutions (cloud strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of delivering full‑cycle sales results in a consultative capacity, ideally in a complex/matrix sales environment.
- Deep familiarity with data/BI technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Databricks, Sigma, Fivetran, dbt, cloud data platforms).
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to set clear expectations with clients and internal teams.
- Experience working with or through partners (namely vendors), orchestrating collaborative sales approaches.
- Ownership mindset: proactive, solution‑oriented, and accountable for outcomes.
- Fluency with CRM, quoting, resource‑scoping, and internal communication/collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related fields.
