Job Title: Sales Executive DACH (Enterprise) | FinTech | €100-120k + 100% OTE

Location: DACH (Remote) | Full-time

The Opportunity

This is a chance to own complex enterprise sales cycles within a business that’s redefining how global companies manage payments and liquidity. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s footprint across DACH and EMEA, driving meaningful commercial impact and influencing strategic GTM direction.

Our client is a long-standing market leader in enterprise payments and cash management SaaS. Backed by private equity and generating over €40M ARR, they support more than 300 enterprise customers across EMEA and the US. Their platform simplifies mission-critical financial workflows, and their growth trajectory continues to accelerate.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of acquiring and developing enterprise customers across DACH and wider EMEA. Success means driving strategic territory growth, building trusted relationships with senior financial and IT stakeholders, and closing high-value, multi-threaded opportunities. You’ll work cross-functionally to orchestrate complex deal strategies and contribute directly to GTM evolution.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong record of overachievement.
  • Expertise in long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers (across Finance, Treasury, and IT an advantage).
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial judgement.
  • Collaborative working style suited to matrixed or cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent German and strong business English.
  • Degree in business, economics, or technology preferred (or equivalent experience).
