EU Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employer Branding strategy in Europe
  • Ensure compliance with TA policies, guidelines, and principles
  • Drive TA activities, create TA dashboard and scorecard
  • Develop and track recruitment KPIs, including KPIs index reporting
  • Promote recruitment channel diversification (e.g., Referral programs, LinkedIn, Active Sourcing)
  • Support SuccessFactors ATS adoption
  • Use HireEZ Regional corporate account for Key Positions Market Mapping and C lev research
  • Administer LinkedIn corporate accounts and AI tools for Employer Branding
  • Support and manage adoption of the Global Career Site for Europe
  • Implement and train HR users on SHL assessment tools for Recruitment and Talent Management
  • Lead initiatives on Employer Branding best practices, Onboarding, and Interview Process standardization as a member of the global Recruitment Council
  • Proactively improve Onboarding processes and track compliance
  • Conduct Interview Skills Training for EU HR teams
  • Responsible for Region TA strategic budget proposition and control
  • Support HR strategic initiatives (e.g., Talent Intelligence, Succession Management)
  • Support recruitment activities for EHQ and key recruiting for the subsidiaries
  • Acting as HR Business Partner for the assigned EHQ teams

Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree (Master Degree in Human Resources or relevant area is preferred)
  • Good written and verbal communication in English language
  • An expert in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employer Branding
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting
  • Experience in HR process standardization and digital tool implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to all levels of an Organization including C-levels
  • Tech Experienced in: ATS Systems (Success Factor preferred), Assessment tools (SHL preferred), LinkedIn, AI recruitment tools (HireEz, HiredScore, Workday), Interview process management, and other fundamental Recruitment topics
