Did you know that only 15% of startups around the world are created by women? However, to drive innovations, promote economic growth, and achieve peace and humanity, we need more women entrepreneurs and changemakers. Unfortunately, women face many challenges, including limited access to funding, psychological barriers, lack of network and coaching, as well as a struggle to balance work and life. But we want to change this! That's why we created Female Founder Space.

We are a global supportive online community and an expert‑driven academy that empowers aspiring and early‑stage female entrepreneurs. Female Founder Space is a Berlin‑based social business that has been supporting female founders since 2014. Our mission is to empower 30,000 women by 2030.

Tasks

Online Events

• Participate in organizing the Global Female Entrepreneurs Summit
• Plan and manage different formats of online and offline events
• Manage communication with event speakers and online event attendees
• Marketing and social media for online events

Social Media

• Plan and manage social media plan
• Create texts and visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threats
• Manage social media accounts

Community

• Create engaging content for our community
• Interact with our community

Administration and Communication

• Participate in research activities
• Plan and create a newsletter
• Publish articles in our online magazine
• Administrative work and e‑mail communication

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and strong motivation
• Being open‑minded and having a positive mindset
• You care what happens in the world, especially issues related to women's empowerment
• You can work focused alone and at the same time you are a good team‑player
• You love working on a computer from home and have good computer skills
• You enjoy communicating with people online
• You can think independently, bring and implement your new fresh ideas
• You are a quick learner and you love learning new things
• You can think and work creatively
• You have skills in international communication
• Visual and creative skills are a plus
• Good communication and written English skills (working language is English)

Start of the internship: As soon as possible. Duration of the internship: 3 months (for mandatory internships, longer is possible).

Erasmus internship applications are possible.

This is a non‑paid position for interns ***************************. However, with us, you can learn a lot of practical skills in a very inspiring environment and positively impact the world.

With this remote internship , you have the advantage of working flexible hours from any place in the world if you have your laptop and internet access.
