Your Job

• Technical support and professional guidance for customer development teams
• Technical evaluation of project opportunities and business potential
• Support of customer meetings with a strong technical focus
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of technical solution concepts
• Creation, structuring, and editorial preparation of technical content
• Collection and documentation of detailed technical information from suppliers
• Development of product-related application documentation
• Planning and delivery of product presentations (software and development tools) as well as customer workshops and seminars
• Participation in trade fairs and events
• Root cause analysis and support in the complaint and escalation process

Our Requirements

• Completed technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or telecommunications
• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in development
• Connectivity technologies: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth (including Bluetooth Audio), 4G LTE / 5G
• Display interfaces: MIPI, LVDS, HDMI, eDP
• Excellent German and English skills
• Ability to identify, manage, and successfully deliver technical projects
• Passion for innovation and technological advancement
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
