As a Finance Modelling Analyst (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our enterprise-wide valuation models that support strategic decision-making across Finance, Strategy, and Treasury. You will manage model inputs, enhance forecasting processes, and contribute to the digital transformation of financial planning and analytics within an international and dynamic environment.

• Valuation models: You maintain and update the Enterprise Valuation Model (EVM), its extensions, and Treasury Scenario versions

• Data management: You manage and improve inputs such as strategic assumptions, balance sheet and P&L data, risk adjustments, and M&A/project pipelines

• Process & modelling: You develop processes and data models, ensure data quality and consistency, and automate feeds in collaboration with Data & Analytics

• Strategy support: You provide financial analysis and ad-hoc modelling for the Head of Strategy & Projects

• Reporting: You create dashboards and reports to visualize insights and support decision-making

• Compliance: You ensure adherence to governance and data protection standards

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Informatics, or related

• Experience: 3–5 years in financial modelling or FP&A roles

• Technical skills: Expert Excel, experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

• Financial knowledge: Strong grasp of financial statements, forecasting, valuation drivers

• Additional interests: Corporate Finance and M&A, AI & automation, scenario planning

• Language Skills: You are fluent in English; knowledge of German or another European language is a plus

• Model-driven: You enjoy working with complex financial models

• Detail-focused: You value accuracy and analytical precision

• Proactive: You take ownership and drive improvements

• Solution-oriented: You think in data and deliver actionable insights

• Collaborative: You communicate clearly across teams
