Workday Functional Architect
To ("hands on") lead local (German) deployment of Workday HCM.
To ("hands on") lead local (German) deployment of Workday HCM.
Responsibilities:
- Lead local design business processes across clients full suite of HCM processes (Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Compensation (including Advanced), Talent, Performance).
- Support German operating companies to understand the Workday design concepts and globally defined configuration with the customer.
- Define business requirements in Germany and work with the customer implementation partner to translate those into Workday configuration.
- Support the completion of system configuration and functional specification documents, test plans, user cases, and input into the development of user training and support documentation in Germany.
- Work closely with other country functional architects and the technical workstream to ensure a cohesive design
- Support the technical team on Integration design, and the data migration team on the data mapping requirements
- Work with the implementation partner to validate configuration and test Workday to address the local requirements (German country specifics).
Requirements:
- Must speak read write English AND German.
Project Details:
- Start immediate / end of October 25 at the latest.
- Duration: 12 months +
- Location: Remote (occasional travel to Germany to meet with local stakeholders)
- Candidates must be authorised to work in EU
