About The Role

Our team promotes Workday’s core values with “Employees” being the first of them. This role involves joining project teams to lead or support end-to-end implementations of Workday’s HCM product, across a varied portfolio of customers, with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Development on any given implementation project.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Workday’s HCM product across various customers
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, leading or supporting single or multiple HCM functional streams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data and Integration) to ensure seamless delivery
• Contribute to gathering and understanding customer business requirements and translating them into configured Workday solutions
• Support detailed unit testing and respond to test issues under guidance
• Lead or assist with final deployment activities, including knowledge transfer and post-production support
• Work toward completing required certifications and gain practical project experience
• Engage in multiple cycle projects within areas of expertise during the first year
• Continue learning through training offerings and concurrent project experiences in the second year

What you will achieve in your first 12 – 24 months

You’ll learn and grow as a Consultant at Workday, gaining hands-on experience across projects and certifications as described above.

About You

Please note fluency in German is essential for this role.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
• 5+ years of relevant educational qualifications and/or experience implementing or supporting (HCM/Recruiting/Talent/Learning) solutions

• Business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Problem solver with a strong focus on customer service
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly through various mediums
• Resourceful and adaptable; comfortable working remotely with autonomy
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (under typical circumstances)
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory
