We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Seller Support Team in Lisbon.
In this position, you will support online sellers by providing professional, solution-oriented assistance to help them succeed on the platform.
Provide high-quality customer service to sellers through phone, chat, and email.
Manage inquiries related to accounts, orders, and platform processes.
Identify opportunities to improve sellers performance and drive their success.
Maintain detailed and accurate case records in the system.
Ensure all communications meet the brands quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Native or fluent German (C2) and good English (B2+).
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management, or customer success ideally linked to business development.
Sales awareness and the ability to influence seller success (mandatory).
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends.
Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts:
08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (2 rotating days off)
Later stage: Possible 24/7 rotation (to be confirmed by the client).
Base salary: 1,100 × 14 months
Performance bonus: 100 × 11 months
Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
Transport allowance: 20 per month
