German Speaking Product Marketer

Location: Munich, Germany (on-site required; hybrid possible with 2–4 home office days per week)

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Marketer:in to join a small but highly agile team in Munich. In this role, you will manage marketing projects end-to-end, shape go-to-market strategies, and translate complex product features into clear and compelling messaging. You will work closely with the C-Level team and directly influence the product, positioning, and sales success. This is a single-contributor role offering high visibility, autonomy, and responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects, especially product launches

  • Translate technical product features into engaging and understandable content

  • Develop sales enablement materials (slides, presentations, messaging)

  • Execute email, content, and account-based marketing campaigns

  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and event partners

  • Plan and support events and fairs (occasional travel required)

  • Strategically drive marketing initiatives beyond day-to-day tasks

  • Support funnel building, campaign optimization, and reporting

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing/project management

  • C2 German and strong English skills (C1)

  • Excellent project management skills with a structured, hands-on approach

  • Strong technical understanding, ability to translate tech into marketing

  • Experience with:

    • Marketing & project management tools (Slides, Email, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva)

    • Vendor management and event coordination

    • Content, account-based, and email marketing

    • CRM & marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Copywriting and content creation skills

  • Design/UI sense (Canva, slide decks, visuals)

  • Funnel building & website optimization (WordPress, landing page builders)

  • Analytics and reporting tool know-how

  • Process documentation and knowledge database contribution

  • Experience with co-marketing (case studies, testimonials)
