German-Speaking Product Consultant – Banking Sector (Recovery & Collections)Location: Germany – remote We’re looking for a native or fluent German-speaking Product Consultant with deep expertise in German banking, specifically collections, recovery, and restructuring. This client-facing role focuses on functional advisory, regulatory guidance, and process workshops, not technical implementation. What You’ll Do:Advise banks on debt collection, recovery, and restructuring processes (private, commercial, corporate clients).Conduct on-site and remote workshops and training sessions.Support regulatory reporting (e.g., Bundesbank) and annual financial statement preparation (HGB).Provide domain expertise on banking software used for recovery, collateral management, and financial processes. What We’re Looking For:Strong experience in German banking collections/recovery and annual financial statements.Knowledge of regulatory reporting and risk provisioning.Excellent communicator, able to lead workshops and advise clients independently.Willingness to travel extensively across Germany.Native/fluent German; English optional. Nice to Have:Experience in public-sector banking frameworks.Familiarity with banking software products used in recovery and restructuring.
