Your key responsibilities include:
**Welcome and host**
our event and conference guests
Ensure
**guest satisfaction throughout the banquet and event areas**
**Fulfill individual guest requests**
during events
Act as
**the primary contact person for organizers**
regarding last-minute changes and communicate them to the banquet team
Create
**menu cards and signage for events**
**Deliver exceptional service experiences**
together with the team

Calm and confident even in high-pressure situations or with special guest requests
