The 4-star Hilton Garden Inn hotel has 128 modern rooms, 2 conference rooms, a restaurant with show kitchen and bar as well as a fitness center. The adjacent 3-star Hampton by Hilton hotel has 228 modern rooms, 2 meeting rooms, a breakfast room and a lobby bar. Both hotels are connected and the staff work as one team for both hotels.

Your daily business

• Supervise reception and guest service processes
• Train and familiarize new employees and front office team
• Preparation and supervision of group bookings and smaller conferences
• Responsible for the smooth running of shifts
• Hilton Program Champion (Hilton Honors, Guest Assist, etc)
• Work with the Front Office Manager to achieve common departmental goals

Our Expectation

• Professional experience at reception or in customer service desirable
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• German and English language skills at a good level
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• High service orientation, flexibility and organizational skills
• Enjoy the role of host and dealing with people
