Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Opening and closing routine
• Product knowledge & brand awareness
• Business understanding and analysis of key metrics

• System usage and maintenance
• Work schedule coordination

Work Schedule Requirements

• Minimum 25 hours per week
• Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays
• Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory/management experience required
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and German required
• Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction
• Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness
• Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance
