IT Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in managing and developing IT infrastructure for a dynamic, international environment? Your Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Operations: Plan, manage, and enhance the entire IT infrastructure, spanning hardware, software, servers, and networks—including support for international locations.
System & Network Administration: Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of systems, servers (including legacy and 2019/2022 Windows servers), VMware ESXi environments, and network components (VLANs, firewalls, network segmentation).
Security: Implement and monitor security protocols including BitLocker encryption, firewall management (managed service, internal, PF Sense, Arcato), patch management (Qualisis), endpoint and server vulnerability assessment (Rapid7), and enforce network segmentation.
Backup & Recovery: Administer backup solutions (Veeam, VMware backup) and ensure business continuity.
Application & ERP Support: Deliver first and second‑level IT support for ERP systems and business applications, including environment management and integration.
Virtualization: Manage and expand VMware‑based virtual server environments.
User Access & Account Management: Oversee Active Directory (Win AD), Teams, Windows 10/11 client environments, and user account permissions.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement IT process enhancements for performance, reliability, and security.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation and manage IT hardware/software inventories across 360‑degree infrastructure.
