Our team at the BMW Group subsidiary Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. focuses on strategic brand development in the Central and Western Europe region. We create unique experiences for luxury automotive customers through exclusive events and strategic dealer activities.

What awaits you?

• You will gain insights into the strategic planning of a luxury automotive manufacturer and help shape exclusive brand experiences.
• Furthermore, you support planning, organizing and executing various dealer activities and customer events in Germany and other European countries.
• In addition, you contribute to developing event concepts, presentations and reports for high-profile luxury automotive events.
• Moreover, you assist in obtaining and processing cost estimates from external providers for events and marketing projects.
• You also help with preparing tender documents and draft decisions for strategic initiatives.
• Furthermore, you support updating the Marketing Master Plan and monthly reporting to the headquarters in Goodwood, UK.
• Additionally, you take on administrative tasks within the Regional Office UK, Europe and Central Asia.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, international business, marketing, public relations, communication or similar.
• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Confident use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications.
• First practical experience through internships or similar activities.
• Openness to contribute in an international company with geographical and cultural diversity.
• Strong personal work organization, analytical thinking, customer and quality orientation.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other foreign languages are desirable.
