Investment and Capital Markets Manager (m/f/d)

Yet many management companies (ManCos) excel at running traditional mutual funds, they struggle to enter the ETF market. Launching and operating ETFs adds a new layer of complexity: new partners, interfaces, processes, and systems that most existing setups weren’t built for.

NaroIQ gives ManCos a fast, reliable path into the ETF market. We provide the digital ETF infrastructure that reduces integration and operational complexity, so ManCos can launch and run ETFs at scale and compete effectively, helping broaden access to the market beyond a small group of dominant, US-based providers.

We are remote-first, with in-person collaboration opportunities. We work with international clients and have raised over $8m from top-tier investors and operators across finance and technology.

• Own end-to-end ETF delivery across capital markets, portfolio replication and platform operations
• Implement and continuously improve replication models; execute index rebalances and support advisory mandates
• Own ETF quality monitoring (tracking error/difference, liquidity/spreads, premiums/discounts, order books), run root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions
• Manage creation/redemptions and associated cash flows; oversee daily ETF operations from a portfolio perspective
• Support larger secondary market transactions, produce/interpret trade reporting and support ETF launches
• Run daily validation and reconciliation of key data outputs (pricing, holdings and reference data)
• Translate market/product/process needs into execution: write functional specs, coordinate testing and deliver business sign-off
• Provide input into product design and the ongoing development of the platform and drive projects forward independently
• Take investment ownership for assigned ETFs, actively optimizing portfolio construction, risk and execution to enhance tracking and liquidity
• Experience in ETF operations, capital markets, trading, portfolio management, or fund operations
• Strong understanding of ETF primary/secondary market mechanics
• Comfort with operational excellence: high ownership, detail orientation and reliability in a mission-critical operating environment
• Experience working at the intersection of finance and tech/product.
• Analytical strength and ability to translate domain needs into clear specs/tickets, coordinate testing and deliver business acceptance
• Fluent in English and German
• CAIA/CFA is a plus
