Your responsibilities

  • Partial responsibility for defining and continuously developing the IT Workplace Roadmap, with a strong focus on integrating new and emerging technologies
  • Implementation of IT-Security Tools
  • Design and support of IT guidelines and policies
  • Installation, commissioning, and support of IT equipment, as well as troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely
  • Management of Microsoft 365 cloud services, including Teams and Intune
  • First- and second-level support for employees domestically and internationally using a ticketing system, as well as providing dedicated support for top management
  • Consultation and support for internal users on technical issues
  • Process and solution analysis, optimization and standardization
  • Integration of external service providers
  • Participation in projects and rollouts

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/x) in systems engineering, information and communications technology, IT systems (electronics) or a degree in a technical field (IT)
  • Multiple years of experience in IT support and communication, including end-user devices and cloud services
  • Proficient in supporting the MS 365 ecosystem, including Windows, Office, Teams, Intune, Entra, and related tools
  • Knowledge of current network and security technologies
  • Experience with software deployment via SCCM
  • Fluent in German with strong proficiency in English
  • Communicative team player with strong customer and service orientation, as well as resilience, who handles short-term and challenging situations calmly and confidently
  • Ability to understand complex systems and develop solutions
