To strengthen our "CTMS" department (Northern Germany / home office), we are currently looking for an

IT Business Administrator / Service Technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• First and second level support by phone, email, and remote maintenance.
• Commissioning of tool dispensing systems and tool management software.
• Analysis and handling of technical malfunctions with the customer.
• User and rights management in Microsoft-based environments.
• Support for SQL Server applications (basic knowledge, simple queries)
• Independent handling of customer projects
• Training of key users on site or remotely
• Creation of technical documentation, handover reports, and service reports

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Confident use of the M365 ecosystem
• Basic understanding of SQL servers and IT interfaces
• Experience in remote IT support
• Good written and spoken German and basic English skills
• Manual dexterity for simple repairs and replacement components
• Willingness to travel on business (mainly day trips, rarely overnight stays)
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and ability to work in a team
• Structured approach to work, reliability, and solution-oriented thinking
• Ideally located in the Münster, Bielefeld, Hanover area
