Logistics Specialist – Medical Devices (f/m/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

Warehouse organization: Organizing and maintaining warehouse operations, inventory control, and goods movement
Shipping: Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordinating domestic and international freight
Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with all FDA (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, and internal quality standards for all logistics processes
Import/export management: Managing import/export processes in accordance with regulations in the US, EU, Asia, and other partner regions
Documentation: Creating and managing complete, auditable shipping and regulatory documentation
Customs clearance: Ensuring the correct use of HTS codes, Incoterms, and the preparation of shipping/customs documentation
ERP data maintenance: Supporting ERP data integrity for inventory and logistics transactions
Collaboration in cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on supply chain, business administration, or engineering.
Several years of experience in logistics and warehousing in a regulated industry (preferably medical devices).
In-depth knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements for Class III medical devices.
Practical knowledge of international trade compliance, HTS codes, and import/export regulations.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with an approach to continuous improvement.
Confident working in a highly regulated and quality-oriented environment.
Very good German skills (C1) and confident English skills (at least B2) in written and spoken communication.
