Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) / After Sales Service

We are looking for a Mitarbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d ) / After Sales Service to join our team in Grasbrunn, near Munich.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process all dealer complaints from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (both postal and digital)
• Analyze and process unclear complaint cases
• Record, document, and inspect product defects to improve quality
• Create and monitor return authorizations and credits
• Process all incoming After Sales dealer inquiries and proactively offer alternative solutions and targeted consulting on our services
• Data processing and maintenance in the SAP R/3 and SAP-CRM inventory management program
• Professional customer support via phone and email
• Ensure efficient and high-quality After Sales Service

Requirements

• Completed vocational training with initial experience in customer contact
• Training as an optician (m/w/d ) or commercial background is an advantage
• Service-oriented thinking and action
• Knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP R/3
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
• Independent, solution-oriented, and results-driven work
• Team spirit, commitment, and enjoyment of active customer contact
