We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.Join our team at Siemens Healthineers as a Solution Manager for 3D Postprocessing as a Service (3DPPaaS).The Solution Manager for 3D Postprocessing as a Service (3DPPaaS) is responsible for defining and developing the marketplace solution business *in and beyond* current target markets and drive the new business within the existing Business Lines & Regions.The ideal candidate will have firsthand knowledge of healthcare providers’ technology footprint, business and operating models.**Responsibilities*** Entrepreneurial and technical ownership of the end-to-end solution offering for **3DPPaaS*** Responsibility for the successful order intake and order to cash target achievement for 3DPPaaS* Define, develop and continuously grow our 3DPPaaS solution for the global diagnostic imaging market. Maintain IT roadmap supporting target market/ use cases.* Manage and execute the new product/solution introduction process and solution engineering process (aka Green Book) for 3DPPaas and ensure timely solution maturity from a clinical, technical, regulatory as well as business process point of view* Define customer segmentation, new opportunities and ROI* Manage an on-going assessment of customer and market needs and the competitive environment.* Direct marketing communications activities that provide brand differentiation and result in positive internal and external customer outcomes.* Develop and manage a channel strategy to perform the functions necessary to move the 3DPPaaS solution* Collaborate with the D&A business line, Enterprise Services team and the sales team todevelopan integrated solution and offerings for particular customers withinrelevantsegments.* Drive business collaboration across Business Units, Service, Sales, Finance, RA/QA, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing to enhance and mange processes, operations, services, and customer expectations while participating in cross-company initiatives and teams**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience*** In-depth understanding of **imaging IT solutions such as syngo.via, syngo.carbon, teamplay and other D&A portfolio elements** and a basic understanding of the respective competitive solutions.* Good understanding of “as a service business models” and remote and cloud based service delivery solutions.* Basic knowledge of the clinical use of 3D postprocessing / advanced visualization* Good understanding of healthcare provider administration, business and operating models (e.g. hospitals, outpatient facilities, IDTFs, IDNs, ACOs).* 5+ years healthcare experience in healthcare consulting, operations, product management, or service management* Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering or equivalent required* Must have excellent communication skills, including for both internal and external customer stakeholders* Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations* Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment* Ability to think strategically and tactically, as well as the ability to influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization.
