Your Role And Responsibilities

Join IBM’s Automation Sales Team in Germany — where cutting‑edge technology meets real business impact. This is where innovation becomes tangible. You’ll work on automation and AI‑driven transformation initiatives that span industries, from public sector and insurance to retail, manufacturing, and defense, helping organizations rethink how they operate at scale.

From day one, you’ll be involved in the entire sales journey: uncovering opportunities, engaging with clients, shaping tailored solutions, and bringing deals to the finish line. Along the way, you’ll build the ability to connect advanced technology with tangible business outcomes.

What You Can Expect from work&study

• ✅ Financial independence from day one – with an attractive salary
• 1st year: €1,950 gross/month
• 2nd year: €2,544 gross/month
• 3rd year: €2,818 gross/month
• ✅ An employment contract with a 38‑hour workweek, including 10 hours dedicated to university studies!
• ✅ Master studies at recommended German university (of your choice) offering part‑time studies (like ESB Reutlingen, HECTOR School/KIT, FOM and others)

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business, (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. You are enrolled in or about to begin a Master's program.
• Passion for AI, automation, and transforming how businesses operate.
• High level of ownership and reliability.
• Confident, professional presence and strong communication skills.
• You bring a curious mindset and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent presentation skills and solid command of MS Office.
• Fluency in German and English at business level.
