Operations Manager

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operational processes run efficiently and that clients have a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing support. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, IT departments, and external partners to ensure our digital solutions are successfully implemented and maintained. Your ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for new partners.Visit client sites when needed to provide hands-on support, training, and implementation assistance.Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.Collaborate with internal teams—including IT, product, and customer success—to address technical or operational challenges.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Track and report key operational metrics, helping shape strategies as we scale.Ensure compliance with relevant operational and data security standards.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in operations, project management, or client success—ideally in a tech or healthcare environment.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.Fluent in German and EnglishMotivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven company.Available to work full-time from our Berlin office, with occasional travel to client sites.
