PMO Network Service Delivery

For one of my customer we are looking for a Network service delivery PMO.Location: Europe(100% remote)Duration: 3+ months(rolling contract) Description:Proactive ReportingDrive,coordinate and push for problem resolutionStatus update on P1 & problemsWeekly reporting to the gouvernance MonitoringCoordinate the definition of the strategy for monitoring Network assets, ensuring alignment among stakeholders.Track and communicate the urgency of this activity, as it is a prerequisite for the transition to GCC.Facilitate collaboration between Network team members, particularly the SOs, to ensure progress on monitoring initiatives.Monitor and report on ongoing work related to LAN monitoring, providing updates to relevant parties. Run ActivitiesRun backlog: support the Network team, monitor quality, participate in ritualsHelpdesk Quality: report defects, monitor KBAs, track the use of vendor groups & support groupsNomios & Parkplace: monitor collaboration, committees, continuous improvement, and process updatesAPI: monitor bugs & developments as neededAudit Nomios & PPT Work Order - In Progress : Provide leadership to advance new process topics / be more effective on Zscaler and FW changesOrganization - Network GovernanceReview role descriptions, coach, implement overall committee structure as neededCommunicate to improve the image of the NetworkBudget monitoring, invoicingComplete the Delivery Status Report Languages: French & English fluent
