Proalpha Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level support for our existing Proalpha installation
• You will accompany release changes and independently take on sub-projects
• You will develop and optimize processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• You will create and maintain forms within Proalpha
• You will train employees in the application and use of the systems

• You have several years of experience in supporting Proalpha users or in intensive use of the system
• You are proficient in Proalpha standard processes and have in-depth knowledge of the modules
• You have experience in creating and maintaining forms as well as in structured testing
• You have gained project experience in an active role
• You work independently, have strong communication skills, and have a good command of English
