• Management and control of the entire production in the foundry in compliance with quality, cost and schedule requirements
• Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of the team
• Optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring high cast quality
• Efficient use of resources, budget control and minimization of production losses
• Key users in SAP for smooth order processing

That's what you bring

• Technical education with continuing education (e.g. technician specialising in foundry technology, foundry master) or studies (foundry technology, production technology)
• Several years of experience in iron foundry, ideally in smelters, molding plants and core making
• Experience in employee management and implementation of lean management methods (e.g. KVP)
• Knowledge of project management and process improvements
• Very good organizational and planning skills
